Classes combine slow, mindful movement and breathing to help you ease tension, feel steadier in your body, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and manageable.

Step Inside A Class With Me...
Classes are calm, welcoming and gently structured. There’s no pressure to keep up or get anything “right”. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to what feels supportive for you.
You can expect:
- slow, mindful movement guided with care
- clear options and adaptations throughout
- plenty of time to breathe, pause and settle
- a relaxed, respectful atmosphere
- space to rest whenever you need
Yoga Somatics classes aren’t about achieving poses or pushing limits. They’re about creating a sense of ease in the body, softening tension, and leaving feeling a little more grounded and supported than when you arrived.
No experience or flexibility is needed, just a willingness to try.
Choose the right class for you
Gentle Yoga
Slow, supportive yoga focused on easing tension and building comfort in the body. Movement is guided by breath, with time to pause, rest and adjust as needed.
Best for you if: You want to feel calmer, move gently, and reconnect with your body without pressure.
Somatic Yoga
A slower, more exploratory practice that focuses on sensing, releasing and retraining habitual tension patterns. Movements are small, mindful and guided by how your body feels.
Best for you if: You experience chronic tension, stress, pain, or feel disconnected from your body and want a gentler, more therapeutic approach.
Yogalates
A blend of yoga and Pilates that combines mindful flow with gentle strength and stability work. Sessions support posture, balance and core strength while remaining low-impact and accessible.
Best for you if: You enjoy yoga but want a little more structure and strength, without a fast or demanding pace.

Private classes are available upon request, either one-on-one or in small groups.
