Wellness Retreats
These aren't yoga retreats. These are wellness retreats which offer a structured nervous system reset combining somatic movement, Pilates, and emotional coaching.
I have created these unique wellness retreats because I’ve seen how many women push through exhaustion, disconnection, and stress—thinking they just need to “rest more.”
But real change happens when the body feels safe enough to let go.
My approach blends Pilates, somatic work, and emotional support to help you reset on a deeper level—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
To keep the experience personal and supportive, this retreat is limited to a small group of women.

What do wellness retreats entail?
Nervous system reset
Somatic practices use breath and body awareness to calm the nervous system, release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance by shifting the body into relaxation mode.
Precision-led practice
With a background in Sports Science and Biomechanics, our Yoga, Pilates and Somatics sessions are grounded in alignment, functional movement and long-term wellbeing.
Emotional support
Healing isn’t only physical. Gentle group reflection and daily circles offer space to reflect, share or simply listen. Connection is always optional, with additional 1:1 support available.
Mindfulness in motion
Instead of long periods of stillness, mindfulness is experienced through intentional movement — helping you quiet your mind and bring you fully into your body.
No experience or flexibility is needed, just a willingness to try.
The wellness retreat experience
The atmosphere is calm, unhurried and supportive. Days are gently structured, with time for movement, rest, reflection and being outdoors — without pressure to participate in everything.
Sessions are small and personal. You’re encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and move in ways that feel right for you.
There’s a sense of quiet connection — both with others and with yourself — but also plenty of space to be on your own. Nothing is forced, and everything is optional.
Nourishment, rest & the natural world
Meals are thoughtfully prepared using whole, seasonal ingredients to support energy, digestion and balance.
Guided mountain walks and time in nature offer space to breathe, reflect and reconnect - grounding the work of the retreat into the body and the land.

My Journey - A lived experience
I was born in London, a city that shaped my early ambitions and energy. Years later, I swapped the fast pace for the wild beauty of Cornwall, where I spent 25 years building a life — running two successful businesses, becoming a mother, and navigating the many roles life handed me.
On the outside, things looked great. I had the career, the family, the drive. But underneath, the pressure was quietly building. Eventually, the constant stress caught up with me — and my body let me know, in no uncertain terms, that it was time to stop. I reached a turning point: continue down a path that was slowly wearing me down, or choose myself — my health, my peace, my healing.
I chose me!
That decision led me to the French Alps, where the mountains offered not just a change of scenery, but a chance to breathe again. To slow down. To reconnect.
Now, I help others do what I had to learn to do myself: listen to their bodies, honour their needs, and create space for real transformation — from the inside out.
