Elemental Life is a movement and wellbeing practice shaped by thoughtful, evidence-informed approaches and real-life experience, supporting women in developing a deeper understanding of their bodies through movement and awareness.
The Roots of Elemental Life
Elemental Life is founded and taught by Sylvie, whose work has been shaped by over two decades of study, practice and personal exploration. Alongside formal training in sports science, biomechanics, yoga, Pilates and somatic approaches, her work is informed by lived experience, learning to listen to the body, recover, and understand what it truly needs to function well.
This combination of scientific understanding and lived experience has shaped a way of working that is thoughtful, individual and grounded in real life.
At the heart of Elemental Life is the belief that wellbeing is never one-size-fits-all and that lasting change comes from working with the body, rather than pushing against it.
