Hi, I’m Sylvie

As a wellness coach, I support women in finding balance, ease and a deeper sense of connection through movement, breath and body awareness.

My approach brings together yoga, Pilates, Somatics and nervous-system support in a way that feels warm, spacious and personal — because every woman’s body and story is completely unique.

This is a place for gentle, supportive practice and grounded understanding. A place to explore how you move, how you feel, and what your body may be asking for, so you can grow stronger, softer and more present in your daily life.

Whether you join me on a retreat, in a class or online, my intention remains the same: to help you feel more at ease, more supported, and more at home in yourself.

This powerful blend focuses on embodied awareness, inviting you to move with intention and feel your body from the inside out. We use the ancient framework of Yoga for mindful movement and breath, coupled with the slow, precise techniques of Somatics to release chronic tension and calm your nervous system. The result is deeper self-connection and greater movement fluidity.
