Booking Terms & Conditions

Your holiday booking is made between Elemental Life Ltd ‘We’ and 'You' the client/experience organiser and governed by these booking conditions.

Nature of the retreat

This retreat is a wellness experience including yoga, pilates, somatic practices and coaching sessions, together with a shared use of a privately hired chalet for the duration of the retreat.

This retreat is provided as a holistic group experience and not a travel package or holiday.

Arrivals & Departures
The chalet is available from 10h00hrs on the day of arrival

Guests
The number of people using the chalet is strictly limited to those named on the booking form and up to the maximum number stated.

Accommodation
Accommodation is provided within a privately hired chalet for the duration of the retreat. Room allocations are arranged prior to arrival.

Whilst all reasonable care is taken in selecting and managing the venue, the retreat organiser is not the owner of the property and is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of the property owner or third-party service providers.

Changes to the retreat
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, accommodation arrangements, or facilitators where necessary

Payment & Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking.

Full payment of the outstanding balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival If payment in full is not received by the date specified, we, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit paid.

Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following cancellation charges apply.
Charges are calculated by reference to the time before the departure date at which the notice is received.
a) ◦More than 8 weeks in advance - Deposit only – 30% of Holiday Cost.
b) â—¦Less than 8weeks - 100% of total holiday cost.

Insurance
All clients must have their own personal travel insurance provision, and We will not accept responsibility should any client have insufficient insurance cover.

Our Liability
We promise to make sure that all parts of the wellness experience we have agreed to arrange, perform or provide as part of our contract with you are performed or provided with reasonable care and attention.

We shall not be liable for any loss, delay or costs incurred arising from circumstances outside our control (including weather conditions, airport, traffic and road conditions). In any event, our maximum liability to any client (other than in respect of death or personal injury caused by the Company´s negligence) shall be the amount received by us from such client for their holiday.

The organiser holds appropriate professional and public liability insurance. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisers should not be held responsible for travel disruptions, loss or damage to personal belongings, personal injuries and/or actions of third-party providers.

Descriptions
All descriptions on the web site or in any written or oral communication from us are given in good faith and in the belief that they are true. Should any significant details change before your wellness experience we will do our best to inform you.

Complaints & issues
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring during the wellness experience, please raise this with us directly so that it may be resolved immediately whilst you are on your wellness experience with us. This includes notifying us immediately if there is a problem with or damage to any of the fixtures and fittings during your stay.

Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or end your occupancy earlier than your departure date if you or your group's conduct is in breach of these terms and conditions, causes disturbance to those occupying neighbouring properties, or in our view is in any way inappropriate. We will incur no liability or accept any responsibility for any extra costs incurred by such persons as a result of their exclusion from our premises.

Alcohol may be consumed on the premises, and wine will be served with the evening meal . However please be mindful of other guests. As the retreat is focused on wellbeing , we kindly ask you to limit your consumption so it does not affect the experience of others.

Food allergies

Please be considerate of other guests when completing this information. As a confirmed food allergy may require certain foods be completely excluded from all food preparation areas.

A true food allergy involves the immune system. Even very small amounts of the allergen can trigger symptoms, which may be severe or life-threatening. In contrast, a food intolerance which typically affects the digestive system only and usually results in milder symptoms.

Health and responsibility
By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are fit and able to participate in yoga, pilates and related activities. You agree to inform the organiser of any injuries, medical conditions or concerns in advance.

All activities are undertaken voluntarily at your own risk.

Personal details
By completing this form you are confirming that you are authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable, special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements).

Flights and Airport transfers
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location, including flights, transfers, and any related costs.

Agreement

By booking and attending the retreat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
