Hi I’m Sylvie and over the past 25 years I have devoted my time studying mind and body techniques to strengthen and boost physical and mental wellbeing.
I offer a wide range of personalised mind & body sessions from yoga and Somatic’s lessons, personal training sessions to trauma release and complimentary therapies to help you live your life to its full potential.
I have retrained globally combining my understanding from both Western & Eastern philosophies.
My passion is to share my experience and knowledge to educate therefore, healing the body without the use of prescription drugs.
